Overview

KJZ-100 thermal desorption instrument is a sample pretreatment device, which can be used with all imported and domestic gas chromatographs. The minimum detection concentration of volatile organic compounds in the environment can reach ppb level. The desorber can meet the “Determination of Benzene in Indoor Air” and “Determination of Total Volatile Organic Compounds (TVOC) in Indoor Air” in GB50325-2010 “Indoor Environmental Pollution Control Specification for Civil Building Engineering”

Features

1. Automatic design, multi-purpose machine, easy to operate;

2. Microcomputer control, large-screen LCD display, touch keyboard, digital input, the main functions are:

(1) Method parameter setting, real-time working status, running time;

(2) Desorption furnace, injection valve and sample transfer tube, all three ways are heated and temperature controlled;

(3) Set the program control, and press the run key to automatically complete the entire sample analysis;

(4)It can store 9 methods for easy recall at any time, realizing quick start and analysis;

(5)GC and chromatographic data processing workstations can be started synchronously, and external programs can also be used to start the device;

3. Equipped with an external loading gas adjustment system, which can be operated without any modification and change of the GC instrument, and the original instrument carrier gas can be used;

4. The sample transfer tube and injection valve have automatic backflushing function to avoid cross-contamination of different samples;

5. The machine has the function of simulating sampling of standard samples, which can make working curve more convenient by thermal desorption instrument;

6. Through foreign affairs time programming, functions such as desorption, sample injection, analysis and backflushing after analysis are automatically realized;

7. For active substance analysis, a 0.53mm elastic quartz tube can be selected as the sample transfer tube;

8. The key components of the drive use imported pneumatic components;

9. The injection needle is easy to replace and can be connected to all types of GC injection ports at home and abroad;

10. In order to make it more convenient and accurate to use with imported GC, the instrument is also equipped with special interfaces for various imported instruments, which are easy to connect.
