Instrument ordering process

  2. According to your needs, check the corresponding product classification, understand the company information and conduct business negotiations;

  4. After we receive your email, we will get in touch with you for the first time and start negotiations.
  5. Both parties reach a purchase or cooperation agreement on cooperation mode, products and order amount;
  6. 6.After receiving the payment, we will arrange shipment to you (generally sent by international air), you check and receive the goods, and enter the after-sales service process.

Transportation and storage

Our factory will deliver the goods according to the order form of cooperation between the two parties. The goods are generally delivered by international air logistics, and are packed with special plate sealing and shock-proof pads such as pearl cotton. The arrival time is generally 7-10 days (some areas may be delayed due to the epidemic).

Under the condition of complete packaging, the products are allowed to be transported by general means of transportation, and the transportation operation should be carried out according to the requirements of printed signs during the transportation process. The product should be stored in an environment with temperature of 5-35℃, relative humidity of < 85% and no oil gas in the air during transportation.

Installation and commissioning

We can help customers to install and debug any instrument purchased from our company. The way can be negotiated by both parties. You can arrange our authorized engineer to visit you to install and debug the instrument, and ensure the normal use of the instrument; If you are a dealer, you can also directly send personnel to our factory for free training, our engineers will train you for free, until you learn to use, you do not have to worry.

After-sales service

We provide perfect after-sales service for our customers and cooperative dealers, where we purchase products, in accordance with the basic instructions and rules of use, the sold products within 14 months from the date of delivery, the product due to manufacturing quality can not work normally, the company for the customer free repair or replacement.

We will not be responsible for free warranty in case of human operation error caused by incorrect use of the product or intentional damage of the product. Beyond the warranty period, we can provide lifelong after-sales maintenance service, according to the situation of the general cost charge.
